I would like to get a estimate for resodding about half of my back yard about a 30x20 area.

I would like a free estimate on how much it would cost to regrade the front yard (it is mostly flat but does not drain away from the house), put in car pads on each side of the driveway (preferably in stamped concrete, it's a duplex), and move some trees from too close to the house. Thanks!

Sprinkler systems have been acknowledged as the best method of ensuring an equal and optimum supply of water to every inch of your lawn and garden. Sprinkler systems can be of two types -- spray heads and rotor heads. Spray heads can either be hidden in the ground, popping out only when the sprinkler system is switched on, or they can remain visible above the ground even when the sprinkler is not activated. Spray heads release a large quantity of water in a short span of time, making them perfect for even surfaces. Rotor heads are better suited to slopes, because they release water more uniformly.
Lawn sprinkler systems can have either spray heads or rotor heads. Spray heads can release large quantities of water in a given period of time. This makes them suitable for watering large lawns and flat areas. Rotor heads on the other hand, have a limited application which means that they deliver water in a more uniform pattern. These kinds of home sprinkler systems are more suited to sloppy areas. Your sprinkler system type will also depend on the kind of soil that your garden has. Porous sandy soil for instance, can lead to excess water quickly penetrating through the pores and past the roots. This leads to a waste of water. These soil types therefore need to get smaller supplies of water at frequent intervals.
